If you’re looking to spend a holiday surrounded by stunning natural beauty, then the Maltatal Campsite is the perfect place for you. The site stretches between the Hohe Tauern National Park and the Nockberge National Park, in the heart of the Maltatal valley in Carinthia, Austria’s southernmost province. Thanks to its location, it serves as an ideal starting point for a variety of hiking and cycling routes. Covering a total area of 3.5 hectares, the campsite offers 220 pitches for tents and caravans, ranging in size from 80 to 110 m². Each pitch is equipped with an electricity connection. The larger pitches also have water and waste water connections. Mobile homes are also available for hire. Accommodation is also available in the junior suites with a communal kitchen in the hotel.
